These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SplitGas (splitgas.app), a service
operated by Sawary Trading LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company
("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using SplitGas, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
SplitGas is a web application that helps drivers calculate and track gas cost splits with
carpooling passengers. Features include:
- Gas cost calculation using U.S. EIA weekly price data
- Trip logging and rider balance tracking
- Shareable cost summary cards
- SMS payment request notifications to riders (Twilio)
- AI-generated savings narratives (Google Gemini)
- Subscription billing (Stripe)

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use SplitGas. By using the
service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. ACCOUNTS
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM
SplitGas allows drivers to send SMS payment request messages to riders via Twilio.
Program name: SplitGas Payment Requests
Operated by: Sawary Trading LLC
By entering a rider's phone number in the app, the driver represents that they have
obtained the rider's verbal consent to receive SMS messages from SplitGas.
Message frequency: On-demand only. Messages are sent solely when the driver manually
initiates an SMS payment request inside the app. No automated or marketing messages
are sent.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any SplitGas SMS. You will receive no further messages.
To get help: Reply HELP to any SplitGas SMS, or email hello@splitgas.app.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
SplitGas offers the following plans:
- Free Trial: 7-day full access. No credit card required at signup.
- Paid Plan: $9.90/month after the trial period, billed via Stripe.
- Expired: If you do not subscribe after your trial, certain features are restricted.
Billing is managed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your
payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time via Account >
Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Use SplitGas for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, threaten, or harm any rider or third party via SMS
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
- Use the service to send unsolicited messages (spam)
- Impersonate any person or entity

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
SplitGas, including its name, logo, design, and code, is the property of Sawary Trading LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for
personal, non-commercial carpooling purposes.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- Gas price data from EIA.gov or MPG data from fueleconomy.gov is accurate or current
- AI-generated narratives (Gemini) are accurate, complete, or suitable for financial decisions
- The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
- SMS messages will be delivered by carriers within any specific timeframe
Gas cost estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAWARY TRADING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM
YOUR USE OF SPLITGAS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DISPUTES BETWEEN DRIVERS AND RIDERS
OVER PAYMENT AMOUNTS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR USE OF THE SERVICE
SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING
THE CLAIM OR (B) $10.00 USD.

10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sawary Trading LLC and its officers, directors,
employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees)
arising from:
- Your use of SplitGas
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law
- Any SMS messages you cause to be sent via the platform

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict
of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of SplitGas shall be resolved by binding
individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its
Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit
or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent
jurisdiction in Sheridan County, Wyoming for disputes involving intellectual property or
unauthorized access to the service.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the
"Last Updated" date. Continued use of SplitGas after changes constitutes acceptance
of the updated Terms.

13. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of
these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service
ceases immediately.
